Beth Cartwright MBBS MRCOG MD

Miss Beth Cartwright is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and is the lead consultant for Early Pregnancy and Acute Gynaecology. She is also the RCOG College Tutor responsible for teaching and training and was nominated for the RCOG trainer of the year award in 2024. She has a focus on patient safety and was the gynaecology Clinical Governance Lead for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for over five years. Beth completed her undergraduate studies at Cambridge University and Imperial College London, where she gained distinction in several areas including Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, written chapters for textbooks and given prize-winning national and international presentations.
Beth offers an empathetic and down to earth approach to all women seeking help with early pregnancy and gynaecological problems. She understands the importance of reassurance and working together where a treatment plan is needed and has a calm professional manner. She is proficient at early pregnancy and gynaecological scanning and able to offer a one-stop service for many gynaecological problems.
Aimee Hughes

Aimee has a wealth of knowledge in the private medical secretary field and thrives in a role where she is co-ordinating clinicians.
Aimee previously worked in a GP practice for seven years, before taking a five year gap working overseas in lots of different countries. Her career then took her back into the NHS, where she looked after a team of Receptionists and Administrators.
Outside of work, you will find Aimee looking after her family and cooking up a storm in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
